A selection of photos from events held on Christian Aid Sunday, raising £266 in sapling sponsorship.

The congregation gathered to mark 50 years of Christian Aid and signify this year's theme of 'Growing a Future' by planting a fruit tree after the morning service.[image by J. O'Brien]

Mr. Dick Poor, local Christian Aid organiser, welcomed everyone to the first Alyth Christian Aid Afternoon Tea in Airlie Street Hall on Sunday 13th May 2007.

An estimated 120 people supported the Afternoon Tea, generously donating £266 towards sapling sponsorship.

Local children joined Primary Sunday School teacher Elasaidh Mollison at the colouring corner.

Members from Alyth Parish, St. Luan's & St. Ninian's organised the event to begin Christian Aid week.
